Pink roses at the farmers' market

December 31st... ahh it was a beautiful day!

These are some of the roses we had at our wedding. The others were Dolce Vita, a nice combination but they pale in comparison to my beautiful wife.

Congratulations
Congratulations on your wedding. I hope your day was gorgeous. I check your site every day for happy memories of my childhood which was spent in Santa Barbara. So many of the images are so vivid in my memory even though I've been gone for 50 years! Please keep up the great work. I hope to get by the art show on the beach to see more of your photos if I can get back to SB this year or next. Thanks.

Thank you, Mary Ann! It was the best day of my life! There are always a few glitches, and we did most of the work ourselves, but with a lot of help from the people closest to us everything came together beautifully at the last minute. (I Baked the cake, it was cheesecake, and it was GOOD!) Thank you for your kind thoughts about my images. I love my photography and I have really enjoyed sharing it with people after many years of only showing it to my best friend and my dog. :-D Currently, however, I am taking a break from the art shows. They are an incredible amount of work and I need to regroup a little and decide what my next steps will be. (fortunatly, there are many more images on this site than I could possibly carry to one show)
